By commissioning me you agree to the terms of service and conditions written below.
General🌸 AI is strictly prohibited.
🌸 I reserve the right to refuse requests that I am uncomfortable with, or if I believe I do not have the skills to confidently draw the request. Dos: fanart, OCs, animal ears and/or tails
Don'ts: heavy armor, mecha, NSFW, furries
Timeline🌸 Commissioned pieces may take from 2 to 8 weeks depending on the commission type, complexity, and workload. You will be informed of any delays or changes in the timeline.
🌸 Once completed, images will be sent through email in PNG format.
Revisions🌸 Only two minor revisions are allowed after a detailed sketch is approved. In case of any additional revisions, you will be charged a fee which depends on the complexity of the revision.
🌸 You are not allowed to edit the commissioned art without permission.
Payments and Refunds🌸 Upfront payment is made through invoices on Paypal (international) or Bank transfer/Gcash (local) and must be paid within 72 hours or the request will be cancelled.
🌸 Partial refunds will be sent if you wish to cancel the request after work has already been made. This will depend on how much progress is made before cancellation of the artwork. Sketch: 75% of original price
Base colors: 65% of original price
Rendering: 25% of original price🌸 If I am unable to start the commission, or the commission is not finished for more than 4 months after payment, you will receive a full refund.
🌸 You agree that you will not issue chargebacks.
Artist Usage🌸 I retain the rights to the commissioned artwork.
🌸 The commissioned art may be uploaded on social media and portfolios. Please specify in your request if you do not want the art to be posted.
Client Usage🌸 Commissioned art is generally for PERSONAL USE only.
🌸 Prices will be adjusted if you plan to use the art commercially, which is usually 2x of the original cost.
🌸 You are not allowed to use the art for any sales or profit.
🌸 Please credit me when the art is being used on your accounts. You are not allowed to claim the commissioned art as your own.
🌸 Selling and reselling the commissioned art is prohibited.
🌸 Usage of the art for NFT and AI is strictly prohibited.
